The sScale update accurately finds the front stack surface, with almost no editing. This increases the measuring capacity of the system and provides a highly improved work comfort for the operator. The upgrade vastly improves the diameter measurement of each individual log, giving valuable data for optimizing your sales price and controlling measuring done by the wood industries.

The log end detection
As something completely new on the market, the technology of the sScale can also now easily separate the log ends from the surroundings and isolates the interstices in a stack from the solid mass of wood. The driver only has to start a video recording on the sScale system while driving past a stack.

The improved log end detection detects all log ends, and it calculates the shapes and sizes of the log ends before presenting you accurate information, about even the most uneven stacks and the smallest log ends.

The log end detection is developed with the use of artificial intelligence. Therefore, the precise density of the stack and the diameter classes in the stack, are available to the driver in only a few moments.

When online, the measurement data are instantly transferred to a webserver that communicates with your own IT systems. This includes a highly advanced stack administration that let you and your trading partners have the full overview of where in the logistic chain, the timber is - at any given time. You control who has access to what data and will be keeping your business sharp.
